“For over 30 years, I’ve been the student or the instructor. Following all the latest techniques from shoeing to behavior. After hundreds of students, there’s one phrase that sticks out in my mind — ‘experience is the best teacher of what I do.’ I hold the title of ‘Master Teacher,’ but in my mind I’m the master of ‘what not to do.’ As an educator, I believe that I can make a difference in the quality of trainers needed in this vast equine industry that’s still evolving. I believe that I can pass on to my students the experiences of my life, without reinventing the wheel. It will be a valuable experience that you will never forget based on all the right things that can be done.”
