| A Working Horse Farm
The Circle K breeding program has been in operation for almost 30
years, offering a breeding program with Arabian, Appaloosa, and Quarter
Horse
stallions.
All the riding horses were foaled, raised
and trained here at Circle K for the sole purpose of being working
horses. Our goals are to produce, through our breeding program and
a comprehensive breeding program, suitable schooling horses.
Circle K Horse Pavilion is located about 5 miles East of Cookeville,
Tennessee (just 2 1/2 miles off I-40 at Exit 290). Map Our trail rides
extend over 340 acres of rolling hills and mountainous trails, bordered
by a creek to the south and rugged mountains to the north. The experienced,
as well as the inexperienced rider has the opportunity to ride the
trails on well trained Circle K horses.
The horse pavilion provides all services for the horse and rider.
Our breeding program features Appaloosa, Arabian, and Quarter Horse
stallions standing at stud. We offer educational clinics on training
the young horse, show grooming, Western pleasure, jumping, competitive
trail and halter showing. We also provide a seasonal membership for
the horse enthusiast.

"For over the past 30 years, I've been the student or the
instructor. Following all the latest techniques from shoeing
to behavior. After
hundreds of students, there's one phrase that sticks out in my
mind -- 'experience is the best teacher of what I do.' I hold the
title
of 'Master Teacher,' but in my mind I'm the master of 'what not
to do.' As an educator, I believe that I can
make a difference in the quality of trainers needed in this vast
equine industry that's still
evolving. I believe that I can pass on to my students the experiences
of my life, without reinventing the wheel. It will be a valuable
experience that you will never forget based on all the right things
that can be
done."
